Manager
Jay has been part of Mills Removals since his teens, joining full-time at 17 and becoming one of the UK’s youngest qualified HGV drivers by 18. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, he now leads the day-to-day running of the company—personally handling customer quotations, overseeing logistics, and ensuring every move is delivered with precision and pride.
Jay works closely with customers and staff alike, sharing his knowledge and ensuring every move runs smoothly from start to finish.

Operation Manager
Bow joined Mills Removals decades ago for what was meant to be a one-month job—and never left. With over 40 years of experience in the transport industry, his knowledge of HGV and LGV operations is second to none.
As Operational Manager, Bow oversees vehicle management, warehouse operations, customer quotations, and staff training. He’s a highly skilled driver with extensive experience in international removals across Europe, and he’s known for being able to recall mileage from Brighton to just about anywhere in the UK—off the top of his head.
Calm, polite, and mechanically minded, Bow is a cornerstone of the team. His depth of knowledge across all areas of the business makes him an invaluable mentor and problem solver.

Dayna has grown up around the business and now plays a key role behind the scenes as Office Manager. She oversees the smooth running of all office operations, including payroll, invoicing, accounts, and customer communications with precision and care.
Working part-time, Dayna brings a calm, organised approach to every task and is often the first point of contact for customers. Her attention to detail and friendly manner help ensure every move starts off on the right foot.

Adam is a qualified HGV driver with CPC training and years of hands-on experience in the removals industry. He began his journey with Mills Removals as a porter, worked his way up to driver, and now serves as a foreman—overseeing removal jobs with confidence and care.
He’s highly skilled in packing, export packing, piano removals, and long-distance transportation, and is one of our trusted 18-ton HGV drivers. As Warehouse Supervisor, Adam also manages storage operations, supports customer quotations, and ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Trained in forklift operation and known for his polite, professional manner, Adam brings a calm and capable presence to every job. He now handles many of our long-distance appointments and is a key part of the team. Incredibly reliable and hardworking, Adam consistently goes the extra mile for both customers and colleagues. His dedication and cheerful attitude make him a true asset to Mills Removals.

Removals Foreman & HGV Driver
Craig has over 10 years of experience in the removals industry, having worked his way up from porter to driver, and now to foreman. He’s skilled in every aspect of the job—including packing, piano removals, storage, and long-distance relocations—and now leads jobs with confidence and care.
Qualified with an HGV licence, Craig is known for his strength, professionalism, and ability to build great rapport with customers. Always smiling and full of energy, he brings humour and positivity to the team and is a genuine pleasure to work with.

Daley Mills
Daley developed an interest in the family business early on, helping out during weekends and holidays from the age of 12 before joining full-time at 16. With years of hands-on experience in packing, export packing, piano removals, and transportation, Daley became a trusted member of the team.
He has since branched out to run his own Hiab business—operating a 32-ton lorry and offering specialist lifting services through Brighton Crane Hire. We continue to work closely with Daley whenever a job calls for crane support, such as lifting Jacuzzis, grand pianos, or other large, awkward items. He’s our go-to for complex lifts and always brings precision and professionalism to the task.
As a fully qualified Hiab and HGV driver, Daley still lends a hand when needed, using his expertise to support the team. Being family, he’s never far from the action and remains a valued part of the Mills Removals story.
